Unless otherwise stated directly in the specific bet information or in the betting rules for a specific sport, all bets are placed solely on the result recorded at the end of “regular time”. “Primary Time” is defined by the official rules published by the relevant association. For example, for soccer, regular time is 90 minutes plus time added by the referee, but does not include extra time and penalties.

Acceptance of the bet
A bet is considered accepted if it is confirmed and reflected in the player’s sports betting history. In cases where you are not sure that a bet has been accepted, you should check the list of open (active) bets or contact the support service.
A confirmed bid that has not been confirmed in error will remain valid and cannot be cancelled. Monitoring the correctness of the bets made is the player’s responsibility. Under no circumstances will we be liable for any errors arising from the errors set out in the Errors section below or otherwise, including but not limited to incorrect display of odds/betting objects.
If there is a dispute regarding the confirmation (or non-confirmation) of a transaction in a player’s account, the database transaction log should be considered the only reliable source of information.
Results and settlement of bets
Bets on all sports are settled according to the official results published by the relevant administrative body immediately after the match/event. To indicate this, the terms “weigh in’ signal”, “podium presentation” or other similar terms are used. Any subsequent adjustments to these results will not affect the settlement of bets.
We reserve the right to apply a “tie rule” to any event with multiple winners. Certain sports may have their own betting rules.
Bets are always settled according to fractional coefficients. If the player chooses to display decimal odds, the odds will be rounded to two decimal places. As a result, the odds displayed on the betting slip may differ slightly from the fractional equivalent.
Procedure for payment of winnings
All bets are settled immediately after receiving the result of the event or market. All prizes (winnings) are automatically paid to users’ accounts, from where they can be withdrawn or used again for betting.
Closing rates
Closing the bet (cash out) – an opportunity to close the bet early and receive payment on the bet before the final result of the relevant event becomes known. The returned amount can be both higher and lower than the initial bid.
Subject to our consent, you can close the bet and refund the amount indicated on the close bet button in the betting coupon. If the bid closure request is approved, your bid will be settled instantly and the funds will be refunded to your account according to the amount shown on the bid coupon. This bet will be settled, so any subsequent event results, whether they increase or decrease your payout, will not affect your refund.
You can close the bet both before the start and during the game. This opportunity is available to both regular and express members for any sport where this opportunity is offered. Your early bid closing request may not be processed if, for example, the market is closed or the odds have changed before your request is processed. We reserve the right to suspend or disable this feature at any time and its availability is not guaranteed” We reserve the right to refund a settled early closed bet if the bet or market is settled in error (eg due to human or technical error).
In some cases, the refund amount offered will be greater than the maximum payout limit for the bet. This is because the maximum payout limit is applied retrospectively. In the event that a bet closes early for an amount greater than the maximum payout limit, then we reserve the right to adjust the credit amount to match this limit.
No refunds, free bets, enhanced odds or any other special offers can be applied to closed bets.
In the event that a cancellation or postponement has occurred during play, we reserve the right to void a portion of a pre-closed bet if we believe this has been used to benefit from subsequent sports betting settlements.
Cancellation of the bet
When a bet is voided, it is effectively settled at odds of 1.00. The combined bet (express) remains valid even if a match or event included in the express is cancelled.
